Loughlinstown

Project Overview

The Loughlinstown Garden Room is a bespoke 6m x 3m structure designed as a private retreat that blends functionality, warmth, and architectural character. Set within a landscaped garden, this project showcases precision craftsmanship and a distinctive design aesthetic inspired by Eastern European architecture. The result is a refined, relaxing, and versatile space that serves as both a sanctuary and an entertainment area.

A striking 3m sliding glass door defines the front elevation, allowing natural light to flood the interior while creating a seamless connection to the garden. The external façade features a unique tiled finish — a bold design choice that adds texture, depth, and individuality to the building. Inside, the space includes a compact bathroom and a comfortable living area complete with a TV, sofa, and a small room stove for warmth and ambience.

Every detail, from the finish materials to the layout, was carefully considered to create a calm and inviting atmosphere — a perfect example of modern garden architecture with a distinctive cultural influence.
